Data display

ELISA Data — Immobilized Human CD24 VLP at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well). The dose-response curve for Anti-CD24 Antibody, hFc Tag gave an EC50 of 3.7 ng/mL by ELISA (QC test).

Background

CD24 is a sialoglycoprotein expressed on most B lymphocytes and differentiating neuroblasts, as well as on neutrophils and their precursors from the myelocyte stage onward. CD24 is overexpressed in multiple human cancers and is being investigated as a potential therapeutic target.
