Recombinant Mouse Integrin alpha 2 beta 1(ITGA2&ITGB1) Heterodimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus of ITGA2.It contains Tyr27-Thr1129(ITGA2) acidic tail and Gln21-Asp728(ITGB1) basic tail [Accession | Q62469(ITGA2)&P09055-1(ITGB1)].
Molecular weight
The protein has a predicted MW of 126.60 kDa(ITGA2)&82.80 kDa(ITGB1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 128-138 kDa(ITGA2)&105-115 kDa(ITGB1) based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.

Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Formulation
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution

Storage
-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt.
-80°C for 3 months after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
