How do I find product information?

Search by product code, name or CAS on the site, or browse by category. Product pages include specs, storage, activity and document links.

How do I download documents?

SDS, COA, QC and manuals are on each product page. For batch or historical documents, use the Document Center or contact us.

How do I request a quote or sample?

Add items to the RFQ list or use “Request sample” on the product page. Sales will reply within 24 hours.

Do you offer custom expression?

Yes. We support non-catalog gene construction, expression and purification (HEK293, CHO, E. coli, etc.). Submit your request via Contact or the support form.

What is the response time for technical support?

We aim to reply within 1 business day. For urgent issues, call during business hours.
