The protein has a predicted MW of 126.60 kDa(ITGA2)&82.80 kDa(ITGB1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 128-138 kDa(ITGA2)&105-115 kDa(ITGB1) based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
