1. About these Terms

These Terms set out the legally binding framework for browsing, quoting and otherwise interacting online with Puweituo's catalogue. Dedicated master services agreements ("MSAs") or quotations supersede conflicting website language when duly executed by both sides.

2. Intended use & research-only orientation

Published catalogues principally target laboratory research, discovery and assay development. Unless labelled for diagnostic/IVD/regulated workflows or affirmed in contractual documentation, catalogue recombinants and kits are not sold for administration to humans or as finished clinical devices. You remain solely responsible for import licenses, biosafety classifications and biospecimen compliance in your geography.

3. Accounts

Optional accounts must be registered honestly. Maintain credential secrecy; notify us promptly of compromise. Suspended organisations or embargoed counterparties shall not circumvent controls.

4. RFQs, pricing & contracts

Online quotations and cart artefacts are indicative; binding orders follow written acceptance, Incoterms, lead-time confirmations and QA documentation spelled out therein. Taxes, tariffs, duties and inland freight exclusions apply unless clarified.

5. Intellectual property

Text, taxonomy, schematic assets, photographic depictions where licensed, logos and catalog metadata are owned by Puweituo or its licensors. You may excerpt fair-use snippets internally but may not systematically scrape resale lists, mirror SKU tables or circumvent technical measures. Copying SDS/IFU PDFs respects any embedded redistribution restrictions.

6. User-provided feedback

Improvements you suggest grant Puweituo a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to embody them in products or processes, royalty-free. You warrant that disclosures do not misappropriate confidential information.

7. Forbidden conduct

• Denial-of-service tooling, unauthorised penetration testing absent prior written approval;
• Introducing malware;
• Infringing others' publicity/privacy/IP;
• Procuring recombinants for prohibited weapons/bioweapons/end-uses sanctioned by UNSC/US/EU-CN lists Puweituo monitors.

We may blacklist abusive IP ranges and cooperate with lawful authorities.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT WHERE MANDATORILY NON-WAIVEABLE UNDER CONSUMER RULES,SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Accuracy of dynamic inventory numbers or scientific annotations is aspirationally curated yet not warranted error-free. Refresh intervals may lag ERP reality.

9. Liability cap

TO THE EXTENT LAW PERMITS, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE-ORIGINATING CLAIMS DOES NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE USD AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO PUWEITUO FOR PRODUCTS DIRECTLY TRIGGERING THE CLAIM DURING TWELVE (12) PRIOR MONTHS OR (B) five thousand United States dollars; if neither applies the cap is two hundred United States dollars. Consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages are disclaimed except where intent or gross negligence is established.

10. Governing law & arbitration note

Unless an executed contract designates otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China with venue at the competent courts in Suzhou, except where mandatory rules of another jurisdiction forbid such choice for consumers.

11. Severability

Unenforceability of one clause does not nullify surviving clauses.
