Recombinant Human CD1A Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Asp19-Val300 [Accession | NP_001754.2 ].
Molecular weight
The protein has a predicted MW of 33.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-53 kDa and 13-14 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
